This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for AI Comic Factory services.

Subscription Plans

Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the paid period

Refund Requests

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If our service experiences significant downtime or technical problems that prevent you from using paid features, you may request a prorated refund
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.

Credit Packages

One-Time Credit Purchases

• Credit packages are digital goods and are generally non-refundable once purchased
• Credits are valid for 1000 days from the date of purchase
• Unused credits will expire after the validity period
• Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash value

Exceptions

We may provide refunds for credit packages in these cases:

• The credits were not delivered to your account due to a technical error
• You were charged for a credit package you did not intend to purchase (must be reported within 24 hours)
• Your credits were not used and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase

How to Request a Refund

• Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
• We typically process refund requests within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us:

• Your account may be suspended pending investigation
• If the chargeback is found to be illegitimate, your account may be permanently banned
• We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing disputes

Free Trial and Promotional Credits

• Free trial credits and promotional bonuses are not eligible for refunds
• These credits may have different expiration periods as specified in the promotion terms
